Buhari Relaxes Lockdown In FCT, Lagos And Ogun

President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the gradual easing of the lockdown imposed in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Lagos and Ogun state, effective from May 4, 2020.

Buhari announced this during his national broadcast on Monday night.

According to him, “I have approved for a phased and gradual easing of lockdown measures in FCT, Lagos and Ogun State effective from Monday, May 4, 2020, at 9 am.”

Meanwhile, the president issued an immediate total lockdown in Kano for an initial 2 weeks while also issuing a ban on interstate travels.
