Questions people ask.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. Buy a project and choose Get it Live, and our team puts it online. Change it later with Vibe Studio or expert hours.
Can I use one licence for several branches?
Yes, if they share one brand. A different brand, or a product for a different client, needs its own licence.
Can I get a refund?
No. All purchases are final. Try the live demo, read the audit and ask Vee before buying. Product problems are fixed through builder support.
How long until my site is live?
Up to 48 working hours after we have everything we need from you. The clock pauses while we wait for you.
How do I update my site?
Press Upload new version on your deployment. Two uploads a month are included, normally published within 36 hours, with a backup taken first.
What if an update breaks something?
Ask us to go back to the previous version. It is free for 7 days after the update goes live.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. Email support@vibe96.com, Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 Dubai time, or buy expert hours for a live meeting. There is no phone line.
Who owns my data?
You do. Download retained backups any time. When hosting ends, a final backup is kept for 3 months.
Can I host somewhere else?
Yes. You get the full source and can run it anywhere. Update installation and included new-version uploads come with Vibe96 hosting.
I'm a builder. When do I get paid?
On the 5th of each month for the previous month's sales, once your balance reaches $200.
