Vibe96 Standard License
Every project bought on Vibe96 comes with this license. It sets out what you may do with the source code you receive.
In short
- Use, change and build on the source code
- Launch one end product with it — commercially, including charging your own users
- Keep development, staging and backup copies
- Don’t resell, share or publish the source code
- Don’t use one license for several products
- Don’t sell it on as a kit, template or script
- No refunds — try the live demo before you buy
1. Who this license is between
This license is granted by the seller who listed it (“the Seller”), the owner of the Product. Royex Technologies LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which owns and operates the Vibe96 marketplace (“Vibe96”) issues it on the Seller’s behalf as the authorized marketplace. “You” means the person or company named on the license record as the licensee.
2. What you may do
For as long as this license is active, you may, anywhere in the world:
- use, copy and modify the Product’s source code, and combine it with your own code;
- build and run one End Product with it. An End Product is a single website, web application, SaaS service, internal system or mobile app, under one name or brand, including its own production, development, staging, test and backup copies;
- use the End Product commercially — sell it, charge its users or run it for your business;
- let employees and contractors work on the code for you, as long as they only use it for your End Product.
3. What you may not do
- sell, sublicense, rent, share, give away or otherwise distribute the source code, or a modified version of it, to anyone else;
- publish the source code — for example in a public repository, a tutorial, a template gallery or another marketplace;
- use the Product for more than one End Product (each further End Product needs its own license);
- offer the Product, or something built mainly from it, as a starter kit, template, script, white-label product or anything else that lets others build their own products from it;
- remove copyright or license notices from the source files;
- use the Product for anything unlawful.
Your End Product’s users receive only the running product — never the source code.
4. Ownership
The Seller keeps the copyright and all other rights in the Product. This license is a permission to use it, not a sale of the Product itself. You own your own changes, your content and your data.
5. Third-party components and services
The Product may include open-source libraries. Each one stays under its own license, and those terms apply alongside this one. Third-party services the Product connects to — for example payment, e-mail, maps or AI models — need your own accounts and are governed by their providers’ terms and fees.
6. Updates and support
You receive new versions of the Product published by the Seller until the updates until date on your license record, and support from the Seller through Vibe96 until the support until date. After those dates you may keep using the versions you have, under this license, for as long as it stays active.
7. The review and audit report
Vibe96’s audit score, report and review describe the code as it was checked at a point in time. They help you judge the Product; they are not a guarantee that it is secure, complete, error-free or right for your purpose. You are responsible for testing, securing and running your End Product, and for meeting any laws that apply to it.
8. No warranty
Apart from what the listing describes and any rights you have by law, the Product is provided “as is”, without any other warranty.
9. Liability
Neither the Seller nor Vibe96 is liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, revenue, data or business. Their total liability for the Product is limited to the amount you paid for this license. Nothing in this license limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9A. Claims that the Product infringes someone else’s rights
If a third party claims your permitted use of the Product infringes their rights, the Seller will, at its cost, defend or settle the claim, change the Product so it no longer infringes, or, if neither is possible, refund the price and end the license. This does not cover your changes or use outside this license, and is not limited by clause 9.
10. Refunds
All purchases are final and Vibe96 does not give refunds. If the Product is not as described or does not work as documented, report it within the support period: the Seller must fix it, and Vibe96 support can step in. Try the live demo before you buy. Nothing in this clause removes rights you have by law that cannot be excluded. A purchase that is reversed (for example by a chargeback) ends this license.
11. Transfer
This license is not transferable, with two exceptions: (a) if you built the End Product for a client, you may transfer the license once to that client; and (b) it moves with the End Product if you sell the End Product or the business that runs it. In both cases, tell Vibe96 so the license record can be updated.
12. How this license ends
This license does not expire. It ends if you break clause 3 and do not put it right within 14 days of being told, or if the purchase is reversed. When it ends, you must stop using the Product and delete every copy of its source code.
13. Law
This license is governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
