Reviewer notes (4 minor)
No real credentials found; weak docker-compose db default and a hardcoded demo account email; structure is largely modular, but controllers carry business logic and there is hard-coded demo auth and a sprawl of phase-numbered route files; no injection or unscoped deletes seen, but migrations and most query code were not visible; mostly reproducible laravel setup; some version pins and doc details cannot be verified from the digest; authz partly guarded in controllers; several unguarded actions seen and routes not visible. None of these stop the software from working; the developer has been told and improvements come in a future update.
